The 217-room Hotel Phillips is a historical landmark located in the heart of downtown Kansas City, two blocks from the Convention Center.

Beautiful Hotel; woodwork, brick...Buildings aroundt his hotel are all in great condition. Not so great resteraunt. Fifty Dollars for a steak.

Valet parking is horrible at this hotel. They donot keep enough staff on hand, so you may wait 30 minutes or more to get your car. You have to use valet, $15.00 a day, because there is no parking. The service at 12 Balitmore for breakfast was horrible, food okay, but very expensive for what you get. Rooms okay, but small.

I stayed at this hotel during my work with KC. It had a great restaurant on the lower lever for breakfast and the rooms were extremely nice.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Convenient bar and restaurant on-site. A very courteous and helpful staff. Shuttle service to the airport.
