Sara Evans, a Missouri native, raised on a farm near New Franklin, will be right at home performing at the American Royal. Evans was named 2006 Female Vocalist of the Year in the R&R Reader's Poll and has been celebrated as one of People magazine's "50 Most Beautiful People."
