Great meetings in Kansas City happen at the Kansas City Convention & Entertainment Facilities
The eight-square-block convention and special event facility can accommodate every need with 388,800 square feet of column-free exhibit space on one floor, 48 state-of-the-art meeting rooms, a 2,400-seat fine arts theater, and arena that seats more than 10,700 people and two unique outdoor reception, festival and activity areas. The complex is connected to major downtown hotels and underground parking by glass-enclosed skywalks and below-ground walkways.

Exhibit Space
With 388,800 square feet of contiguous, column-free space, Bartle Hall’s main exhibition hall covers an area the size of eight football fields. This allows for more than 2,000 10-by-10 foot booths, and enough room to create eye-catching pavilions or huge equipment displays without having to squeeze them between columns. Learn More

The 2200 meeting rooms at the Kansas City Convention and Entertainment Facilities offer flexibility in meeting space and give the planner many options. Municipal Auditorium

The Arena has 7,316 permanent seats, 2,405 seats on risers plus capacity for 1,000 theater-style on main floor. |

The convention center's Exhibition Hall has 46,000 square feet of space on two levels for exhibitors, catered functions and special events. The Hall has its own entrance lobby off 14th Street, is accessible to all parts of Municipal Auditorium and has direct access from the Auditorium Plaza Garage. |

Municipal Auditorium Music Hall
Opened in 1936, this unique Art Deco theater is the perfect facility for special convention presentations, general sessions or featured entertainment. |

Municipal Auditorium Little Theatre
Octagon shaped in a gleaming marble facade, the Little Theatre features an exterior charming promenade, balcony and a permanent stage area. Theater seating for up to 400 people and banquet seating for 225 with balcony alcove seating adding up to 36 people. |
