Annual ReportKCCVA Annual Report

The Annual Report describes the CVA's activities in the areas of convention and tourism promotion. It also serves as an overview of the organization's mission, history, funding and departmental goals. It is released each February at the CVA's Annual Meeting.

KCVG11Visit KC

Visit KC, Kansas City's Official Visitors Guide, is produced annually by the Kansas City CVA in partnership with Madden Media. Published every March, it is the only local guide sent to visitors prior to their trip, and also is available for free in local hotels, visitor centers, convention venues, Missouri welcome centers and other local attractions. NewslineCVA Newsline

Newsline is distributed electronically each quarter and is produced by the CVA's communications department. The publication, which is a benefit of membership, covers the ongoing activities and events at the CVA, as well as those associated with the local hospitality community.

V&V GuideMeeting Planners Guide to Vendors & Venues

The directory is printed once a year. It lists the more than 1,800 businesses, organizations and associations that belong to the Kansas City Convention & Visitors Association. The informative booklet is circulated to all CVA members, as well as meeting planners who have conventions or meetings scheduled in Kansas City. Advertising accepted.

Multicultural GuideA Multicultural Guide to Kansas City

The Multicultural Guide is printed annually. The guide profiles Kansas City's rich history of diversity and lists the many attractions, historic sites, and special events that have ties to Kansas City's ethnic communities. Advertising accepted.
