Annual Report

The Annual Report describes the CVA's activities in the areas of convention and tourism promotion. It also serves as an overview of the organization's mission, history, funding and departmental goals. It is released each February at the CVA's Annual Meeting.

Visit KC

Visit KC is the official visitors guide of the Kansas City Convention & Visitors Association. The visitors guide is mailed in response to visitor requests, is distributed at conventions and is available at the many visitor centers across Kansas and Missouri. Advertising accepted.

Group Tour Planner

The Group Package Planner, or Tour KC, is a valuable tool in promoting Kansas City as a tourism destination to the lucrative group tour market. The publication highlights the many restaurants, hotels, shops and attractions located in the Kansas City area that can accommodate groups. Advertising accepted.

Guide to African American Attractions & Special Events

The African American Guide is printed annually. The guide profiles Kansas City's rich African American history and lists the many restaurants, attractions, historic sites, and special events that have ties to the African American community. Advertising accepted.

Kansas City Golf Guide

The Kansas City Golf Guide is the official golf guide of the Kansas City Convention & Visitors Association. The guide provides detailed information on the more than 70 private and public courses located in the Kansas City area. Advertising accepted.

Newsline

Newsline is printed quarterly and is produced by the CVA's communications department. The publication, which is a benefit of membership, covers the ongoing activities and events at the CVA, as well as those associated with the local hospitality community.

Meeting Planners Guide to Vendors & Venues

The directory is printed once a year. It lists the more than 1,500 businesses, organizations and associations that belong to the Kansas City Convention & Visitors Association. The informative booklet is circulated to all CVA members, as well as meeting planners who have conventions or meetings scheduled in Kansas City. Advertising accepted.
