Transportation Options in KC During MLB All-Star Week
A number of services will be in place to help FanatiKCs travel between event locations and places of interest during MLB All-Star Week in Kansas City, July 6 - 10, 2012.
Event and Parking Map
The Kansas City CVA, in collaboration with MLB, has produced a two-page flyer that has all Official MLB All-Star Events, Transportation Options, and Public Parking. Download it now to start your planning.
Stadium Express
The Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (KCATA) will offer fast and easy service to the All-Star Game and other All-Star Summer events at Kauffman Stadium on July 8, 9 and 10. In addition, KCATA will increase Main Street MAX service during the MLB All-Star FanFest July 6-10.
FanFest Park and Ride
FanFest Park and Ride provides satellite parking for FanFest events. For just $3.00 fans can park in Lot B at Kemper Arena and ride the bus to FanFest July 6 - July 10th. Fans can park their vehicles and receive a pass to ride the Metro to FanFest. The bus pass can be used throughout the day on regularly scheduled routes around town, including he 18th and Vine District (home of the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum.) The pass does not include routes to Kauffman Stadium or the Sports Complex.
FanatiKCs Fun Trolley
The FanatiKCs Fun Trolley will offer free transportation to MLB All-Star event locations and places of interest. Five trolleys will operate from Friday - Tuesday running on 15 minute intervals to 9 stops within Kansas City.

Buses
Kansas City offers several bus systems. There is a public bus system as well as the new bus rapid transit line connects the River Market, Downtown, Crown Center and the Plaza. |

Bikes
Bike sharing is fully automated and self-service. Stations are spread throughout downtown KC and the Rivermarket area. Just swipe your member card or your credit card, and a bike is automatically unlocked for you. When you get to your destination, just dock the bike at the nearest kiosk. |
